Commissions Analyst
Position Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Commission Operations Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of distributor commission processes. This role plays a key part in supporting financial planning, ensuring compliance, and partnering with internal teams to maintain accurate and efficient commission workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end‑to‑end distributor commission process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.Support forecasting efforts for commission receivables to improve financial planning and cash‑flow insights.Ensure all commission activities adhere to established company guidelines and standards.Process and record commission bookings in accordance with company policies and controls.Track commission earnings and perform reconciliations between calculated amounts and issued payments.Analyze sales data and commission calculations to validate accuracy and maintain clean financial records.Collaborate with Sales teams and cross‑functional partners to resolve discrepancies and improve commission processes.Maintain organized documentation, monitor workflow efficiency, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.5+ years of relevant professional experience.Experience working within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex datasets.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This is a Contract position based out of Chesterfield, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
