Commerical Escrow Specialist
The Role at a Glance As a Commercial Escrow Specialist, you will support our real estate team with multi-state commercial transactions, including coordinating closings and reviewing title work. You will collaborate with various teams and contribute to smooth, and successful closings. Closing Management: Coordinate and manage commercial real estate closings across multiple states, ensuring all parties are aligned for a smooth and timely execution. Contract Evaluation: Review contract documents and provide thoughtful, actionable recommendations that support confident and informed decision-making. Title Collaboration: Participate in conference calls to discuss title matters and contribute to legal interpretations that help move transactions forward. Milestone Tracking: Monitor and communicate key dates that impact store opening timelines, helping the team stay on schedule and avoid delays. Document Accuracy: Carefully proofread and edit documents to ensure they are clear, professional, and error-free. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks that could delay store openings, keeping projects on track. Team Enablement: Support teammates by sharing knowledge of internal systems, tools, and processes to help them work more efficiently. Title Analysis: Analyze title work to identify any issues that could affect the use, development, or viability of a potential site. Deadline Support: Send friendly, timely reminders to ensure amendments and supporting documents are completed ahead of contractual deadlines. What We Are Looking For Contract Experience: You have a minimum of one year working with routine contracts. Technical Proficiency: You have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel to manage documents, communication, and data efficiently. Work Style: You are proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and functions. Adaptability & Multitasking: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities with confidence and clarity.
