Commercial Technology Specialist - Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern/Central

Pay range: $68,200+ per year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities: Collaborates with Commercial Technology management in the development, execution, and improvement of key sales processes and aligned tools/technologies across the Commercial organization to enable growth and support achievement of company-wide sales objectives and corporate strategies. Collaborates with Commercial Technology Management and business partners on various sales initiatives and technology program development. Collaborates with business partners in the coordination of IT projects including communications and support for the commercial and operations team’s processes. Collaborates with Commercial Management and cross-functional teams to establish project timelines and deliverables and ensure they remain on schedule and within budget. Analysis and research leading to problem resolution for concerns involving Commercial Technology tools and sales processes.Provide training and assistance on tools to meet business and user needs through meetings, on-line tutorials, and one-on-one trainings. Recommends best practice and process improvements related to technology tools through collaboration with the Commercial tool user community.Support of user community by engaging users through Chatter and support requests.Development and maintenance of technical and user documentation including supporting test scripts for Commercial tools.Partner with Commercial Technology Management, internal customers and vendors to refine tools to align with changing processes to streamline business interactions and address business challenges. Provide support to peers regarding standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and alignment with IT, compliance, and legal policies. Escalation of software, hardware, and connectivity issues to IT and Commercial Management as appropriate. Engage in interdepartmental projects/responsibilities as assigned by management.Administers and audits the national distribution of technology licenses and tools.


Qualifications:

Required Work Experience:  

Experience with CRM technology and mobile technologyProficient with Microsoft Office Products

Preferred Work Experience:  

Project Management ExperiencePreferred experience supporting Sales or Marketing professionals3 Years minimum in the Healthcare industry

Physical and Mental Requirements:  

Sitting for long periods of time

Knowledge:  

Prior experience with Salesforce.com

Skills:  

Ability to effectively communicate from Sales Rep to Regional VPProficient analytical skillsProblem resolution skills with ability to drive to root cause Demonstrated ability to successfully participate in multiple projects under tight deadlinesAbility to collaborate across organizational levels/functionsAbility to multi-task and work independently
