You deliver detailed continuous business and customer analysis and insight with a focus on driving best practice through simplification, efficiency, consistency by aligning common outputs across accounts.

How you will contribute

You will:

Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.Maintain and optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.

Post-secondary education at College or University or equivalent experience, in a related subjectRelevant experience in IT and salesKnowledge of sales processes and systemsFacilitation skills to demonstrate use and functionality of sales systemsProblem-solving skillsExcellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.Experience developing reports in Power BI.If you have experience from the Retail Business, particularly FMCG (Fast moving consumer goods), it would be an advantageVery good administrative ability, attention to detail and enjoy working with numbersYou organise your work effectively, and see possibilities to optimizeYou demonstrate independence, engagement and flexibility in your work, and are adaptable to changing priorities and demands.Contribute effectively as a team member and foster a positive team environment.You are dedicated to providing exceptional service and approach challenges with a positive attitude.Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

What you need to know about this position:

In this role you will be part of the team that provides analyses, reports, developments, training and system support to the Swedish Sales Organization. You will be a key player in maintaining and developing Power BI reports for the Swedish Sales Team, and be a key part in projects regarding Sales system developments.
