Commercial Superintendent

Our portfolio includes new commercial construction and education/multifamily work across the Front Range. **The Role** You’ll lead ground‑up commercial projects end‑to‑end—from civil and utilities through vertical construction, interiors, and closeout. You set the plan, own the schedule, drive safety and quality, and keep trades moving so the job delivers on time. **What You’ll Do** + Own all scopes: civil, sitework/curbs, utilities, structure, interiors/finishes, and remodels/tenant improvements. + Lead the field team: supervise carpenters, foremen, and subcontractors across school and multifamily sites. + Plan & layout: assist with site layout; build, maintain, and rebaseline project schedules. + Run multi‑trade coordination: manage daily logistics, sequencing, and material flow; enforce safety standards. + Toolbox leadership: partner with foremen on daily huddles, toolbox talks, and work plans. + Site stewardship: open/secure job sites; typical weeks run 50–60 hours depending on phase. **What You Bring** Must‑Have + 5–10+ years as a Superintendent (ideally promoted up from the trades). + Proven success managing every scope of commercial new builds with a reputable GC. + Proficiency in Bluebeam and field/layout workflows. + Ability to create and maintain schedules independently; Microsoft Project experience is a major plus. + Clear, steady leadership and strong communication with owners, design teams, and subs.
