**_Commercial Strategy Lead_** + _Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina_ + _Type of role: Permanent, Full time_ **_About the job_** Responsible for driving the effective execution and alignment of brand strategies by enabling high performance commercial operations. This role acts as a strategic partner to cross functional teams, translating brand objectives into field-ready plans optimizing execution through data-driven insights and ensuring alignment across key stakeholders. **Main responsibilities:** + Design and implement data-driven commercial strategies based on market dynamics + Monitor field performance and drive continuous improvement through KPIs, call activity, targeting and segmentation + Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, Customer Engagement to ensure seamless coordination and alignment on key immunology initiatives + Analyze immunology market dynamics, patient flow, and competitive landscape to provide insights that shape tactical plans + Design and implement data-driven commercial strategies to accelerate uptake + Drive adoption of digital tools, CRM, and data analytics platforms to enhance field force impact and strategic execution + Lead initiatives in customer segmentation and introduce best practices to drive continuous improvement in commercial processes and enablement tool + Support field team capability development through tailored training programs focused on scientific data, patient-centricity and account/institutional management + Track and report on executional KPIs across indication and territories to ensure timely course correction and performance maximization **_About you_** + **Experience:** Proven experience in leading commercial teams. + **Skills:** Team leadership and management; Results orientation; Analytical thinking and decision-making; Interpersonal relationships and assertive communication; Adaptability and conflict resolution; Empowerment and accountability. + **Education:** University degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory). + **Languages:** Spanish and intermediate English. **Pursue** _Progress_ . **Discover** _Extraordinary_ .
