Commercial & Specialized Industries Business Manager, Vice President

Within the Commercial Bank (CB), Core & Specialized Industries (C&SI) serves commercial and industrial U.S. clients with annual revenue generally ranging from $20 million to $2 billion, offering a comprehensive suite of financing, payments, and investment banking solutions. We operate in approximately 100 offices across the U.S. and Canada.

As the Business Manager Vice President supporting the Commercial  Banking business in the Northeast region, you will work closely with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams, Business Management helps drive key growth initiatives and continuous process improvements while partnering with key stakeholders to ensure that C&SI’s complex and evolving business runs smoothly. This role requires exceptional drive and energy, outstanding analytical and communications skills, and organizational agility.  You will bring a strong understanding of sales and financial operations and an ability to drive strategic dialogue across the organization, inform decision-making, proactively solve problems, and provide actionable insights in support of business priorities.

Job responsibilities

Support and partner with Northeast Region Managers to help drive business agenda and priorities; create business plans and strategic roadmapWork closely with key stakeholders, including Finance and Analytics teams, to assess business performance, define drivers of outcomes, identify areas of opportunity, and develop execution plans to drive changeDeliver actionable, data-driven insights that help optimize business performance with a focus on profitability, expense management and operating efficiencyIdentify areas for continued process improvement and efficiency by generating innovative ideas and solutionsDeliver end-to-end executive management reporting

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 

6+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business management, or general managementStrong analytic, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with ability to navigate senior audiences Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to execute strategic agenda and manage multiple projects and prioritiesDemonstrated acumen and comfort navigating multiple, large data sets to surface insights and translate to actionable strategies Ability to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests  Highly motivated self-starter with ability to work with a high degree of independenceBachelor’s degree 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Financial Services experience Familiarity with JPMC CRM, dashboard, and data systems
