**Job Title: Owners Rep - Solar Commercial Projects** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated owners rep with a solid experience in COMMERCIAL solar construction to oversee and manage various projects. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely completion of all scopes of work, while effectively managing subcontractors on site. **Responsibilities** + Be present on the ground to oversee all construction activities. + Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure project deadlines are met. + Oversee the installation of commercial photovoltaic (PV) systems, chargers, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). + Ensure the timely completion of all scopes of work in line with project deadlines. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in **_solar construction management_** , ideally commercial builds. + Proficiency in solar construction planning, and management. + Experience in solar installation management. + Working knowledge in Procore & MS Project **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $58.00/hr.
