**Job Title: Commercial Service Plumber**
Job Description
The Licensed Commercial Service Plumber is responsible for the major installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. This role involves performing skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment. The work includes routine maintenance, service, and repair tasks performed independently and also while training and supervising apprentices.
Responsibilities
+ Perform major installations, maintenance, and repairs of plumbing systems.
+ Conduct routine maintenance, service, and repair work on various plumbing fixtures and equipment.
+ Independently carry out skilled plumbing tasks.
+ Train and supervise apprentices in plumbing tasks.
+ Ensure effective communication and customer service at service sites.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in construction and plumbing techniques.
+ Strong customer service skills.
+ Experience with installation, piping, and PVC plumbing.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Ability to be reliable and follow directions.
+ Capability to interact professionally with clients at service sites.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $78000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
