Commercial Sales Manager
**Snapshot of Your Day** As Commercial Sales Manager in Grid Technology Solutions (FACTS and Storage), you will be responsible for handling all commercial and financial topics throughout the whole sales/ bid process and be responsible for the preparation and negotiation of the commercial and financial terms and conditions. You will also lead negotiations with the support of the legal team. Further you will interact with a very diverse and international team within the region and the Headquarter. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + In this role asCommercial Sales Manager, you will analyze customer requirements,evaluation methods and criteria to develop the winning strategy togetherwith the Sales Manager + Understandingbusiness conditions as well as competition pricing + Define businessmodels based on business, customer and tax regulations + Handle allcommercial aspects of the bid such as contract analysis, cost calculation,financing concepts, currency, hedging, risks and opportunities, bonds,terms of payment, credit rating, insurance, export control, complianceetc. + Relationshipmanagement with external project collaborators such as customers orconsortium partners. + Prepare andpresent the Limits of Authority (LoA) according to the protocol requiredand acting as sparring partner for regions and bid team members + Participate innegotiation of T&Cs with the applicable guidelines, lead commercialnegotiations in coordination with the relevant departments (e.g. Legal,SFS, insurance, Taxes, etc.) + Ensuring thecorrectness of the relevant approvals in accordance with the actualnegotiations and providing lessons learned to financially andcontractually comparable projects + Hands-onattitude is required to manage well the full scope of financial andcommercial activities during the sales phase **What You Bring** + A degree inBusiness Administration/ Management, Finance, Accounting or equivalentprofessional experience + Experience invarious finance functions such as commercial project management andcommercial bid or sales Management solution business with externalcustomers which includes offer preparation and contraction negotiations + Analyticalthinking, result and quality-oriented approach, solid professionaljudgment and problem-solving ability are required competencies + Flexibility toadjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedulesand priorities for multiple projects or assignments + Working undertime pressure and heavy workload and easy on travels **About the Team** Grid Technologies Solution offers customers a broad portfolio of solutions and services geared around the key market trends of digitalization, decarbonization, grid stability and electrification.
