This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in roofing and construction. **Responsibilities** + Install commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal). + Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment. + Remove old roofing and prep surfaces. + Operate hand and power tools safely. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. + Follow safety procedures and wear PPE. + Support crew with tasks as directed. + Perform general labor duties including lifting and positioning materials. + Assist with waterproofing, flashing, and sealing roof penetrations. **Qualifications** + Roofing or construction experience preferred but not required. + Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions. + Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude. + Able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor. + Reliable transportation to job sites. + OSHA 10 certification is a plus. **Why Join Us?** Work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment that values hard work and offers opportunities to learn and grow in the roofing industry. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr.
