Atlanta law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who has at least five years of experience. You will work with attorneys on a variety of commercial real estate and commercial lending transactions including SBA loans.

Responsibilities of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will include:

Title and survey review, ordering title examinations and performing title curative when necessaryPerforming legal researchPerforming due diligenceDrafting closing documentsPreparing closing checklists and binders, security deeds, escrow letters and estoppelsCommunicating with all parties involved in transactions to obtain necessary information and documentsCoordinating closings
