As a Real Estate Banking (REB) Client Associate in Commercial Real Estate, your primary responsibility will be to assist in relationship management and business development with the banker team (REB Client Executives). You will participate in the Banking Associate program, which is designed for progression from Associate level 1 to Associate level 3, developing your skills over time for a successful career within the firm and the ability to pursue more senior roles within Commercial Real Estate, such as a Client Executive position.

Focus on supporting and delivering value-added solutions to clients and prospects, helping them reach their goals and maximize revenues over the life of the relationshipFoster strong internal relationships, particularly with Risk, Product Specialists, Treasury Services partners, Real Estate Investment Banking, and other groups to identify solutions that meet client and prospect needsSupport REB Client Executives with financial modeling, prescreening, market sizing, client planning analysis, and moreAssist in managing firm-wide risks and ensure adherence to policy and regulatory compliance standards, including AML/KYC, credit exposure, daily transactional risks, and reputational risksRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
BS/BA degreeExperience in building and maintaining positive client relationshipsSuperior Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillsExcellent problem-solving, oral, and written communication skillsSuperior analytical, quantitative, leadership, and interpersonal skillsKeen attention to detail, as well as a proactive and creative mindsetProven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
2+ years of credit analyst experience in Commercial Banking or Investment Banking, focused in real estateCompletion of a major corporate bank credit training program (or equivalent corporate banking/corporate finance experience)
