The ideal candidate should possess experience in preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying finishes with precision and efficiency. **Responsibilities** + Masking, sanding, and priming surfaces to ensure they are ready for painting. + Applying a clean, even coat of paint to all surfaces using brushes, rollers, and HVLP sprayers. + Familiarity with safety procedures and proper handling of painting equipment and materials. + Ensuring precision and efficiency in all painting tasks. + Demonstrating attention to detail and time management skills. + Ability to work independently or as part of a team. **Essential Skills** + Experience in commercial or industrial painting. + Proficiency with brushes, rollers, and spraying machines. + Knowledge in painting preparation and sanding techniques. + Understanding of construction practices and use of caulk. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in commercial painting environments. + Capability to apply coats of paint to interior and exterior walls using various tools. **Why Work Here?** Once permanent, employees receive contributions towards their health insurance and a 401k plan with a 4% match.
