Essential Job Functions:

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching as neededRemove old paint, wallpaper, or other finishesEnsure surfaces are smooth and ready for paintingApply paint, stain, or varnish using brushes, rollers, or spray equipmentAchieve consistent coverage and clean linesWork on both interior and exterior surfacesMix and match colors to achieve desired shadesUnderstand the impact of lighting and surroundings on color perceptionCreate precise edges and cornersAddress imperfections and ensure a flawless finishPay meticulous attention to qualityFollow safety protocols when working at heights or with hazardous materialsUse protective gear (masks, goggles) to prevent exposureComply with environmental regulationsCoordinate with other trades (Engineering team, electricians, HVAC technicians, general groundskeeping, AV, meeting service and others) to ensure seamless project executionCommunicate effectively with team members and clientsManage multiple projects simultaneouslyDeliver projects on timeAddress unexpected challenges (e.g., uneven surfaces, weather conditions)Adapt techniques to different surfaces and materialsSnow removal is a must

Experience: 

Minimum of 5 years as a professional painter

Skills:

Proficiency in surface preparation, paint application, and color mixingStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborativelyFamiliarity with various paint types and finishesKnowledge of safety proceduresExperience or exposure to stains and wood working experience

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $27.00 - $30.00
