Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia, is seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our global team to support our Ireland operations as:

COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities and tasks:

Manage administrative tasks essential to Ireland's operations.

Process orders and respond to queries for our key accounts.

Provide support by generating reports, assisting with customer communications, and managing card applications. 

Set up and maintain customer accounts.

Document operational processes.

Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
 

Main requirements:

Proven experience in operations, order processing, or a sales support role.

Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems is preferred, or a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.

Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with Irish stakeholders.

Experience in the retail or B2B sector, particularly within the fuel or convenience industries will be considered an advantage.
