About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Mortgage Loan Administration Specialist in Commercial Capital Operations as part of the CIB Lending Operations division.
In this role, you will:
Participate in less complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements for timely processing of all incoming business lending within Transaction and ProcessingReview and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverablesPresent recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements for collateral and loan documentsCollaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal and external customers if applicablePrepare loan documentation, coordinate loan closing, and initiate loan disbursementsMonitor changing loan collateral pool for adherence to Credit Agreement, bank policy and regulatory requirementsEnsure all files and procedures follow government regulations and Bank policiesConduct periodic audits of loan filesMay provide training and guidance to less experienced specialistsWork with customers, RM, internal and external partners in coordinating the closing of mid-size to major commercial real estate loans, handling flood and other collateral due diligence, and cataloguing documents for storage in the system of recordRequired Qualifications:
2+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
2+ years of Commercia Real Estate (CRE) experienceExperience with Commercial Loan DisbursementsAbility to interpret and research loan origination, legal, or real estate documentsExposure to Wells Fargo banking systems such as LAM, CCM and C360Knowledge and understanding of builder, construction, or renovations lendingKnowledge and understanding of commercial real estate operationsKnowledge and understanding of the Flood Disaster Protection Act (FDPA)Commercial loan documentation, preparation, or review experienceAbility to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find informationAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environmentEffective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyJob Expectations:
