Position Overview

Oversees warranty and sub‑warranty items, including interface management with RTM for handover and lifecycle obligations.

District Overview

Eastern Canada District's projects include highways, bridges, mass transit, mine site development & open pit operations, hydroelectric powerhouses, wind-power plants, dams & industrial. The serve the construction and mining industries and operates in Eastern Canada.

Location

This role will be based in Ottawa

Responsibilities Establish and manage warranty tracking systems, response times, and documentation requirements. Coordinate with RTM and internal teams for handover, defect liability, performance standards, and closeout of issues. Analyze recurring defect trends and drive root‑cause actions with construction and systems teams. Ensure alignment between commissioning, handover, and warranty obligations; track KPIs and service levels. Prepare commercial summaries and leadership briefings on warranty posture and risk. Qualifications Experience with LRT lifecycle, commissioning, and warranty/sub‑warranty frameworks. Understanding of performance requirements, service levels, and interface agreements (e.g., with RTM). Strong data tracking, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with common construction systems (e.g., SharePoint, Aconex/Unifier, P6, Bluebeam, Power BI) is considered an asset.

Base Compensation: $120,000/yr - $145,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
