Swift is seeking a Commercial Manager to reinforce our sales team based in Mumbai, covering India & Nepal. The candidate should be an energetic, goal-orientated professional with a proven track record/accomplishment in selling software and services to banks and securities players.
What to Expect
Identify customer needs and market opportunities and achieve business growth by building and maintaining long term customer relationships with assigned accounts.Develop plans for account/infrastructure development/initiatives in order to achieve targeted sales objectives and generate revenue in an optimal, cost beneficial way.Implement plans towards assigned portfolio by coordinating and tracking all activities.Act as a single point of contact for assigned portfolio.Represent Swift and promote products and services in order to grow our business by participating to (region) fairs and forums and meetings.Collaborate with other divisions/departments, commercial team managers and members in order to provide a coordinated service and integrated solution to assigned customers.Feedback internally market intelligence, customer feedback, product issues and other relevant information.Continuously acquire and maintain relevant skills, knowledge and industry expertise.Share knowledge about customers, products markets and methodologies.What Will Make You Successful
University degree or equivalent in IT. MBA would be an added advantageAt least five years of sales experience, with a minimum three years in selling financial solutions to banks & securities clientsProfessional knowledge and expertise in financial technology and solutionsProven track record of achieving sales targetsUnderstanding of banking and associated technology (e.g. treasury systems, ERP systems and bank connectivity)Familiarity with payments and banking transaction businessAbility to work effectively with colleagues across teams, geographies and culturesAbility to deliver clear, concise and convincing written and verbal communications and powerful presentations and speechesFluent spoken and written English is mandatoryWhat we offer
