Position Overview:
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a highly skilled attorney with 3-5+ years of experience in commercial litigation who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing all phases of sophisticated commercial litigation, from pre-trial investigation through final resolution.

You will work closely with a diverse team of attorneys in our commercial construction and community association practices, handling a broad range of litigation matters. Candidates should have substantial experience in both state and federal courts, and a background in administrative matters and arbitration is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas

Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

Develop and implement strategic litigation plans

Conduct depositions and argue motions in court

Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings

Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process

Balance multiple high-priority matters while delivering exceptional service and strategic execution

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of commercial litigation experience

Proven ability to handle complex matters in both state and federal courts

Experience with administrative proceedings and arbitration is a plus

Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
