Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team in Austin, Texas. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. Active Bar Admission in Texas, in good standing, is required. 3–5 years of substantive experience in sophisticated commercial litigation. A proactive mindset and entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to contribute meaningfully in high-stakes, fast-paced litigation environments. The ideal candidate will be an influential force with a strong, positive presence. Soft Skills: Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities Represent clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters. Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court filings. Negotiate and draft commercial contracts as needed. Provide strategic counsel to clients and advocate effectively in court proceedings. Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice groups to deliver excellent client service.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $245,000 – $295,000, determined by experience and market factors.
Eligibility for discretionary bonuses and incentive packages.
