We are seeking a strategic, design-minded, and execution-focused Product Delivery Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technology background, deep understanding of the commercial lending domain, and familiarity with the broader tech ecosystem. You will play a key role in automating commercial lending transactions using AI, driving innovation and operational excellence.

Job responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize, design, plan, and execute product delivery initiatives for commercial lending automation.Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overall product vision and strategy.Drive end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, leveraging agile methodologies and best practices.Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using AI and emerging technologies.Support the development and rollout of new features, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.Facilitate effective communication between business, technology, and operations teams.Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure delivery of results in a fast-paced environment.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience in product delivery, within the commercial lending domain.Strong understanding of technology ecosystems and commercial lending processes.Exposure to AI-driven automation and ability to relate to its application in financial services.Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and frameworks.Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to work as a team player and deliver results under tight deadlines.Willingness to work EMEA shift and be present in the office all 5 working days.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Experience working in financial services or fintech environments.Familiarity with commercial lending platforms and transaction workflows.Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their practical application in automation.
