This is a high-impact role for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on partnering with business owners, farmers, and community leaders to provide lending solutions that support growth and long-term success.The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of commercial, real estate, and agricultural loans, guide clients through the lending process, and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards.
