Commercial & Investment Bank - Vice President (Performance Business Transformation)

Join our team as a Performance Business Transformation Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in leading a team responsible for transitioning asset owner and asset manager clients to a new platform. 

As a Performance Business Transformation Manager within our Commercial & Investment Bank team, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team responsible for transitioning asset owner and asset manager clients to a new platform.Your expertise in team management, identifying and overcoming process gaps, as well as facilitating change management will be key in the successful migration of our clients to a new platform. You will coordinate the onboarding of clients from a legacy internal platform to an external platform, working closely with internal stakeholders in client operations, product technology, and product management across global operating sites. Additionally, your experience in performance, attribution, and analytics products will be key to leading your team in delivering accurate and timely reports in this role. 

Job Responsibilities:

Effectively manage a team to produce accurate reporting according to client/project timelines. Work independently and collaboratively to verify performance/risk analytics across platforms using available tools. Partner with performance operations to understand client behavior as needed. Possess a business-level understanding of platform functions (legacy and external). Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and internal management/front-line staff. Identify, document, and resolve production issues pre- and post-migration. Provide concise client migration status updates and assist with prioritization. Present findings, outcomes, and solutions at stakeholder meetings. Support the review of end-to-end workflow effectiveness and documentation of SOPs. Implement controls to address key operational risks of the team. Assist senior department leadership with project staffing and governance decisions.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Established people management experience at a Vice President capacity, managing an Operations team within a global financial organization focused on Capital Markets and the like.  Strong exposure in effectively managing global stakeholders. Proficiency with office productivity software. Positive attitude with a willingness to work hard and embrace a steep learning curve. Attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving ability. In depth experience in handling process migrations or change management. Amenable to reporting onsite in Bonifacio Global City, following core WHEM hours but willing to adjust as needed.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Knowledgeable of the systems/software development lifecycle. Industry experience with institutional clients, including working with market-leading performance, attribution, and analytics software platforms, including, but not limited to FACTSET. Industry-recognized professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, and CIPM are preferred. BA/BS/MBA or equivalent, preferably in business/finance or math.
