As a Vice President in Corporate Sales – Korea Client Coverage, you will play a pivotal role in growing our corporate and private side client portfolio. You will work with us to understand client needs, deliver tailored FX, rates, and investment solutions, and collaborate with business partners to enhance our market presence. You will help drive revenue growth and support the team’s success in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with Korea-headquartered corporates (large-cap/mid-cap), multinationals, financial institutions, and private equity firms. Understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions across FX, rates, and investment products.Originate and execute transactions, including FX spot, forwards, options, swaps, rates derivatives, and structured solutions.Work closely with internal business stakeholders (HQ sales, banking, trading, and structuring) to deliver best-in-class service and solutions.Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth within the client portfolio.Provide market updates, product education, and strategic advice to clients, ensuring they are informed of relevant market developments and opportunities.Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Support senior team members in client pitches, presentations, and deal execution for the team as required.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.At least 8 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably covering Korea-headquartered clients.Strong product knowledge in FX, rates, and investment solutions.Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships with Korean corporates.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Korean (both written and spoken) required to conduct negotiations, deliver market updates, and engage clients based in Korea.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.Experience managing complex transactions and coordinating with internal stakeholders.High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to compliance and risk management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial systems.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
