Our client, _a global leader in the commercial risk insurance sector_ , is seeking a **Transformation Program Manager** to join their team, 100% remote, living in East or Midwest time zones. As a Transformation Program Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting strategic initiatives that drive innovation and efficiency. **Job Title:** Risk Capital Transformation Program Manager (Commercial Risk Insurance Broking Expertise)
**Location:** 100% Remote (Must live in East or Midwest), Reporting to Chicago, IL
**Pay Rate:** $85.00/HR + Benefits
**Contract Duration:** 6-Months Contract to Hire (Salary & Annual Bonus at Hire)
**Job Function:**
+ Shape and execute transformation strategies that enhance how commercial risk solutions are delivered across markets.
+ Lead the development of a holistic strategic transformation plan that aligns technology, operations, and functional advancements with long-term business goals.
+ Apply commercial risk expertise to inform strategy, ensuring initiatives are grounded in a strong understanding of the insurance value chain.
+ Support business problem-solving through relevant analytical approaches and customized solutions.
+ Oversee the execution of strategic transformation initiatives, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring seamless project management.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience (10+ years) in a strategic leadership role overseeing transformation initiatives within a large corporate environment or management consulting firm.
+ Subject matter expertise in Commercial Risk, including knowledge of P&C (Property and Casualty) and Specialty Lines.
+ Strong understanding of the insurance value chain, from risk analytics to claims resolution.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
+ Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling executive-ready presentations.
