Commercial Installer
**Description** Primary Function: Entry-level and experienced commercial furniture installers deliver and install office furniture in corporate, commercial, educational, and healthcare environments. Duties & Responsibilities: • Off-load trucks in the field • Loading/unloading of product, product inspection, job site preparation, product installation and job site clean-up • Stage and assemble furniture using power tools per manufacturer’s specifications and customer’s furniture plans, blueprints or direction from lead • Perform minor repairs, touch up work, and cleaning of installed product • Removal of trash and cardboard from jobsite • Keep warehouse, trucks, and jobsites clean, organized, and safe • Weekly truck safety inspections • Follow duties laid out by lead installer on jobsite • Work to gain knowledge of different product lines • Communicate effectively and efficiently with dispatch • Observe all safety policies and procedures. • Mechanical aptitude • Ability to read furniture plans and blueprints • Excellent customer service experience and positive attitude • Team player who possesses a positive attitude, is able to work well with others and interact with customers in a polite and professional manner • Show initiative and a willingness to learn • Able to work overtime and occasional weekends **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
