We’re hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Orange County, CA to maintain and repair large HVAC systems for commercial clients.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair large RTUs, chillers, boilers, and VRFs

Perform routine maintenance and emergency service

Handle startups and system commissioning

Communicate clearly with clients about issues and solutions

Keep accurate service records and follow safety protocols

Requirements
Must-Haves

5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience

Skilled in diagnosing and fixing complex systems

Experience with large equipment (RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRFs)

Hands-on experience with startups and commissioning

Local to Orange County with a steady work history

Nice-to-Haves

Factory training or OEM certifications

EPA Universal and OSHA 10/30

Comfortable using service apps and digital tools
