Our client, a leader in the facilities management industry is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Technician to join their team. As a Commercial HVAC/R Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Commercial HVAC/R Technician
**Location:** Indianapolis, IN
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems.
+ Perform ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
+ Conduct facility inspections and report on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
+ Complete Hazard Assessments and comply with all safety procedures.
+ Utilize CMMS systems for work performed and update work order status in real time.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
+ Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in HVAC/R, plumbing, and electrical systems.
+ Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
+ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various physical conditions.
