KBR is looking for Commercial Head-Responsible to manage all activities related for getting Contracts to execute maintenance activities into the Maintenance Department through contractor, including requesting and tutoring to develop scopes of work, completion of documentation, define prospective bidders, call for tenders, awarding and contractor authorizing for beginning of works, accomplishing with requirements for operational areas to achieve a World Class performance in the maintenance Department.

Responsibilities:

Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors, during normal operation of the Petrochemical plant.To develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimation for contractsTo coordinate and manage all activities related to prepare Instructions to Bidders, kick of meeting with Contractors and evaluation of economical offers after being evaluated technical offers by contract responsible.To ensure that company HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within the different contracts to be developed and managed under his responsibility.To ensure that QA/QC requirements and KPI’s are included in all Maintenance Contractors performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree Finance Minimum 8+years’ work related experience.Supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities. Experience in Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget and SAP knowledge.Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skillsProven leadership skills with large organizationsMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problemsStrategic thinking, open to new ideasAn ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
