Responsibilities

Across the two-year programme, you’ll rotate through key commercial areas and gain a strong, practical understanding of how a fast-paced retail business operates.

 

Shape our product range – Work side-by-side with buyers and merchandisers to ensure we have the right products at the right price, balancing quality, value, and customer demand.

 

Drive supplier partnerships – Learn how to build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate deals, and lead commercial projects that have a real impact on the business.

 

Influence strategy through insight – Dive into sales data and market trends to uncover opportunities, forecast demand, and help shape decisions that keep us ahead of the competition.

 

Learn the art of negotiation – Gain hands-on experience in securing the best products at the best prices, while understanding the commercial levers that drive profitability.

 

Collaborate across the business – Work with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to bring products to market and ensure smooth delivery to millions of customers.
