Job Title: Commercial Glazier
Job Description

In this position, you will lead a small team while installing aluminum storefront, curtainwall, and entrance systems. You will direct and mentor team members, ensuring safety and compliance with job site policies, all under the guidance of our experienced Project Managers.

ResponsibilitiesLead glazier teams in the field, typically composed of 2 to 4 people.Install storefront, curtain wall, and entrance systems.Install glass and other glazing materials.Install glazed canopies, skylights, glass guardrails, mirrors, glass marker boards, and similar structures.Install hardware and other materials associated with the above items.Fabricate systems as needed.Essential SkillsAt least 3 years of commercial glazing (window installation) experience.Ability to cut panes of glass and fit them to specific windows and frames.Mechanical aptitude with experience using power tools and hand tools.Capability to lead a team of 2-4 individuals.Additional Skills & QualificationsAny leadership experience is preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work primarily on new construction sites installing commercial and industrial windows. Be prepared to work in various weather conditions, ranging from hot and humid to cold and wet.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $62400.00/yr.

This is a family owned company - They do offer a benefits package of Medical dental and vision. Unsure when the benefits kick in. Will figure that part out.

This is a fully onsite position in Zeeland,MI.
