Draw / Uncapped CommissionJob DescriptionLone Star Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Commercial Fleet Salesperson to support and grow our established fleet business. This role is focused exclusively on commercial and business-to-business vehicle sales, working with local companies, contractors, and organizations to provide work-ready fleet solutions.
As a Chevrolet Business Elite dealer, we maintain a strong in-stock fleet inventory and a consistent flow of commercial demand. This position replaces a long-tenured fleet professional and is critical to supporting current volume while driving new business growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and existing commercial fleet sales opportunities across multiple business segmentsSell a wide range of work trucks and commercial vehicles, including box trucks, service bodies, flatbeds, and medium-duty unitsProactively prospect and solicit new fleet accounts through outbound outreach and community engagementBuild long-term relationships with business owners, fleet managers, and decision-makersGuide customers through the full fleet sales cycle, including upfitting coordination and delivery timelinesMaintain accurate pipeline activity and customer recordsPartner with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and post-sale supportQualifications2+ years of commercial fleet sales experience in an automotive dealership environmentProven success selling work trucks or fleet vehicles to business clientsStrong prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling skillsComfortable managing both inbound demand and outbound business developmentValid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment screeningsMust be authorized to work in the USAAdditional InformationCompensation:
