**Aerotek is Hiring for a Commercial Finish Carpenter!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Finishing Installation Carpenter to join our team. This role involves the installation of high-end architectural finishes in commercial environments, including offices, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and other professional spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience working with millwork, casework, wall panels, doors, hardware, and other finish carpentry elements. **Responsibilities** + Install commercial-grade finish carpentry components such as trim, doors, frames, cabinetry, and wall systems. + Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation. + Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision using hand and power tools. + Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. + Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site. + Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet design and functional requirements. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of experience in commercial finish carpentry or related field. + Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment. + Strong understanding of construction documents and finish schedules. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. + Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. + Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and in various site conditions. + Capable of standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy competitive pay, benefits, and ample opportunities for personal growth.
