Commercial Finance Analyst

You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Commercial Finance Lead. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.

How you will contribute

You will:

Perform trade rebates management by category and customer.Controlling and managing trade spending budgets (YTD actuals and YTG available budget)Participate in monthly NR estimation and month-end closing and ensure correct NR in all reporting systems.Interpret the company's financial results and recommend improvement activities.Financial and decision-making support to sales managementExecute different aspects of the finance planning and performance management process.Execute data collection and data integrity checks.Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in the area of scope and ensure compliance.Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested. Prepare various reports, analyses, and meeting presentations.Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of your Finance peers.

What you will bring

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: Advanced Excel with hands-on experience managing trade rebates and performing complex financial analysis. SAP knowledge preferred.BUSINESS ACUMEN: Understanding of trade spend management, budgeting and partnering with sales teams to support commercial decisions ideally in the FMCG industry.LEADERSHIP SKILLS: Collaboration and communication skills within a larger Finance team. Team player with can do mentality to deliver results.GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET: The ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.INTEGRITY: Sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.
