The Commercial Excellence Manager will report to the Head of Commercial Executions – META and will support and drive strategic commercial projects across META with special emphasis on Turkey, including expansion of new products, optimization of existing operations, execution of new business models, management of our current and new distributors and digital transformation. This role is critical to ensuring the growth and success of Baxter Turkey and META.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Active contribution through strong analytics & process optimization initiatives to drive execution of strategic decisions that positively influence sales growth.
Synthesize wide-ranging market data and competitive landscape across a diverse region to inform development of strategies and business cases to support Business Model Transformations & strategic project implementations.
Identify new business opportunities based on business and financial analysis.
Build analyses, insights and recommendations around project steps, support analyses with sound data collection and strategic thinking
Manage the continued development of monthly reviews and associated metrics utilizing system dashboards, KPIs & reports
Contribution to META LRP process with the Sales & Marketing leaders and review the commercial strategy and perform commercial analysis to assess current commercial performance of the business.
Support in defining full potential and setting targets in line with regional and local strategy and market dynamics
Work and coordinate with META Geographical/Product expansion teams on the roll-out of projects in Turkey.
Support the Cluster / Country Commercial Operations leads and Salesforce administrators maximizing Salesforce adoption across META in line with pre-defined business needs.
Lead the SIP (Sales Incentive Plan) process from designing, processing and implementing in Turkey with support of other META COMEX team members.
Qualifications
Educational qualifications, Relevant experience & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum 8+ years of experience
Previous experience in Business Finance, Management Consulting or Commercial
Fluency in English is required.
Proficiency in using Ms Office Suite, mostly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent report writing skills

Excellent problem-solving capabilities (from defining the problem, proposing solutions, getting buy-in and driving implementation) and ability to provide informed interpretations and recommendations (go beyond the numbers)
