Commercial Effectiveness Specialist

Your new role
As Commercial Effectiveness Specialist you will drive marketing and commercial effectiveness across the DICE remit. You will turn market research, sales and competitor data into actionable insights, maintain high-quality data systems, support sales planning and segmentation, and deliver training and analysis that helps the field perform better. Your work will inform strategy and support cross‑functional implementation of initiatives that increase efficiency and impact.

Day‑to‑day your tasks will include:

Drive marketing effectiveness by developing and implementing strategies and initiatives that increase the efficiency and impact of CE activities. Evaluate market research and analysis projects, assess findings and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and commercial teams. Maintain and validate the market and competitor data database, ensuring data quality and using it to support strategic decision‑making. Support sales planning and customer segmentation by analysing customer data, defining target segments and contributing to sales force targeting and incentive calculations. Provide sales training and coaching on internal systems and KPIs, design and administer incentive plans, and support users of IO Engage to ensure excellent data and system usage. Monitor, analyse and report CE KPIs (including quarterly/yearly incentive calculations), produce regular performance reporting and recommend improvements based on insight.


Your new department
You will be part of DICE, working closely with Business Units, Product Managers, Marketing, Sales Field Force, IO Engage teams, Business Information, and regional partners (IQVIA, distributors, PBI developers). The team bridges analytics, commercial execution and capability building to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 5+ years’ experience in marketing effectiveness, market research, commercial analytics or a related area in the targeted markets Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and experience with market data sources (e.g., IQVIA) and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI). Be skilled in sales planning and customer segmentation, with experience designing incentive calculations and performance reporting. Be fluent in English and Russian (written and spoken) to communicate effectively across the region. Show strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills to influence cross‑functional teams and deliver training.
