**Job Title: Plumber** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated plumber with experience in commercial plumbing projects to join our team. Based in Chambersburg, PA, our company specializes in new construction and commercial services with projects in Mechanicsburg, Shippensburg, Hagerstown, MD, Gettysburg College, Cumberland Valley School District, and hotels. The plumber will be responsible for plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, requiring strong technical expertise to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. **Responsibilities** + Commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance. + Ensuring plumbing lines are roughed in correctly, level, plumb, and efficiently installed. + Interpret blueprints and building specifications accurately. + Bring own tools and ensure compliance with safety regulations. + Report to work on time every day and adhere to a 40-hour workweek schedule. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in identifying fittings and working with PVC, cast iron, and underground piping. + Experience in installing pipes and fixtures. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with water systems, including CPVC ¾ to ½ inch T's and Y's. + Understanding of sprinkler systems and mechanical piping. + Capability to manage small crews and oversee plumbing installations. **Why Work Here?** Join a top mechanical contractor in Franklin County where you will enjoy health insurance benefits.
