Job Title: Commercial Construction Laborer, Pay: $22/hr. - $32/hr.

Monday - Friday, 5,8s; Will take candidates with construction experience that want to be trained to become commercial plumbers

Join our team as a Plumber, working on commercial construction projects such as apartment complexes and commercial buildings. This role involves running water and drain lines, installing gas lines, sanitary drain lines, hot water tanks, roof drains, storm lines, and gas lines to furnaces. The position is full-time, with work hours from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch and a 15-minute morning break.

Responsibilities (some form of plumbing or construction experience are the only requirements - these duties can be trained on site)

Run water and drain lines for commercial projects.Install gas lines, sanitary drain lines, and hot water tanks.Set up roof drains, storm lines, and gas lines to furnaces.Work with materials such as PVC, copper, and cast iron.Perform underground work and use Propress and soldering techniques.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in commercial construction trades such as plumbing, electrician, concrete, HVAC, or facility maintenance.Commitment to pursuing a career in plumbing.Possession of reliable transportation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to use tools like tape measures, levels, and wrenches.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
