Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage business-to-business collections and maintain a portfolio of customers. The ideal candidate will effectively manage aging reports, apply collected payments, and validate credit requests with precision and accuracy.
ResponsibilitiesManage business-to-business collections and maintain customer portfolios.Oversee aging reports to ensure timely collections.Apply payments that have been collected and validate credit requests.Perform reconciliation and cash application tasks.Handle deductions and refunds with care.Provide excellent customer service to support our clients.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in B2B CollectionsExperience managing a $10M+ portfolioProficiency in accounts receivable processes.Experience in collection, accounting, and invoicing.Strong skills in reconciliation and cash application.Ability to manage aging reports effectively.Proficient in email communication.Skilled in using Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.Experience in handling refunds.Work Environment
This role is challenging due to transportation customers' awareness of the bottom line. You will be part of a team consisting of three contractors and approximately six other members. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
