Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage business-to-business collections and maintain a portfolio of customers. The ideal candidate will effectively manage aging reports, apply collected payments, and validate credit requests with precision and accuracy.
Responsibilities
+ Manage business-to-business collections and maintain customer portfolios.
+ Oversee aging reports to ensure timely collections.
+ Apply payments that have been collected and validate credit requests.
+ Perform reconciliation and cash application tasks.
+ Handle deductions and refunds with care.
+ Provide excellent customer service to support our clients.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience in B2B Collections
+ Experience managing a $10M+ portfolio
+ Proficiency in accounts receivable processes.
+ Experience in collection, accounting, and invoicing.
+ Strong skills in reconciliation and cash application.
+ Ability to manage aging reports effectively.
+ Proficient in email communication.
+ Skilled in using Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
+ Experience in handling refunds.
Work Environment
This role is challenging due to transportation customers' awareness of the bottom line. You will be part of a team consisting of three contractors and approximately six other members. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
