ResponsibilitiesGenerate new commercial business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreachBuild and grow a personal portfolio of mid-to-large commercial clientsConduct discovery meetings, assess client needs, and deliver tailored insurance solutionsCollaborate with internal underwriting, marketing, and support teams to prepare submissions and place businessMaintain strong client relationships focused on long-term retention and growthParticipate in ongoing performance meetings, sales coaching, and production planningUphold high professional standards, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery
QualificationsRIBO license requiredMinimum 2 years of commercial insurance sales/production experience (senior candidates strongly encouraged to apply)Strong understanding of commercial insurance markets and carrier appetitesTrack record of generating new business and achieving sales targetsExceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a results-driven environmentExisting book of business is an asset but not mandatory
