**Aerotek's client is looking for Commercial Carpenters to join their team in Elkridge, MD area**
**Job Description**
+ The successful candidates will oversee and manage remodeling projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to high-quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee and manage remodeling projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
+ Perform or coordinate tasks such as framing, drywall, tile work, cabinetry, and other general remodeling duties.
+ Collaborate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
+ Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in drywall and drywall finishing.
+ Experience in framing and interior commercial carpentry.
+ At least 5 years of experience in drywall, drywall finishing, and interior commercial carpentry.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Any additional carpentry experience is a plus.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
