Position Overview
We’re looking for a talented Commercial Carpenter with a strong expertise in metal stud framing and commercial construction. You’ll collaborate closely with a foreman and fellow carpenters on a variety of fit-out and new build projects.

Interpret and work from blueprintsPerform selective hand demolitionExecute rough and finish wood carpentry, including millworkHang drywall and handle taping, spackling, and finishingInstall metal stud framing and acoustical ceiling tiles (ACT)Fit acoustical ceilings, doors, frames, and related hardwareOperate hand and power tools safely and effectivelyKeep the job site clean and well-organizedCore Qualifications

Work Environment & Schedule
Work hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Dress code: High-vis gear, jeans, hard hat, and safety boots
Project types: Primarily fit-outs with occasional new construction
Team setup: Small groups with 1–2 carpenters and a foreman
Culture: Friendly, respectful, and cooperative

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $37.00/hr.
