As a Senior Product Associate in Commercial Card, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Job responsibilities
Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupport the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleAssist in assessing financial performance of products and strategiesContribute to fact-based business assessments to identify opportunities and inform decisionsAssist in analyzing contractual cost structures of key partnersCommunicate with internal and external partners to understand needs and prioritiesStay informed about industry trends to identify areas of opportunityDeliver reporting that provides key insights into business performanceBuild visuals and narratives based on observed/measured dataRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery, requirements definition and business case developmentDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyGood communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholdersAbility to develop collaborative relationships with partnersStrong organizational skills to help manage successful executionProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPointAbility to work in a dynamic environment and manage ambiguity Working knowledge of SQL or AlteryxComfortable in fluid, ambiguous environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
