In this role, you will:

Research credit investigations and diverse credit information for loansIdentify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional areaReview and identify basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives while exercising independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverablesPresent recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders including internal as well as external customers


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Able to execute on a high-volume portfolio with low to medium complexity in a time efficient manner.Able to communicate well with team via both verbal and written methods.Experience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure within the Middle Market and/or Specialized Industries segmentCompletion of a formal credit training programComprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management Experience in swiftly adopting and executing change management to enable business growthAble to execute on a high-volume portfolio with low to medium complexity in a time efficient manner.Able to communicate well with team via both verbal and written methods.Experience developing and maintaining external and internal partnershipsExperience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes and proceduresExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards 

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$77,000.00 - $133,000.00
