As an International Client Onboarding Associate within the Commercial Bank, you will lead and support our Client’s Onboarding experience from start to finish. Utilize your project management skills to assist in complex treasury product implementations for JP Morgan Chase Clients globally.
You will be part of a project team that leads the implementation of Treasury and Banking products and services for our US and non-US based clients. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to help deliver a best-in-class experience. In this role, you will contribute to the clients' initial experience working with JP Morgan Chase.
Job Responsibilities:
Own complex Client-facing projects for Brazil In-country, MNC and Product-only deals.Assist in the product implementation and training experience for assigned clients.Participate in meetings with clients through Zoom and other collaboration tools.Help build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations, and Product Management.Support the management of client and partner expectations throughout the implementation process.Exhibit ownership of the implementation experience and contribute to client satisfaction results.Collaborate with partners in Operations and Product Management to streamline processes.Identify instances of business risk and assist in addressing issues when they arise.Help scope client requests and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for treasury services.Use Microsoft Office tools to document meeting agendas, minutes, and project plans. Utilize workflow tools for status updates and document repository.Demonstrate creative problem-solving and judgment, and escalate issues when necessary.Assist in managing client and internal partner expectations by establishing timelines and dependencies with the goal to exceed expectations.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Treasury Services and/or Custom Card products.Passion for delivering a consistent, stellar client and partner experience.Experience in project management and willingness to learn.Ability to communicate clearly, partner, and influence - working towards a common goal.Experience in teamwork and collaboration.Comfort in using technology such as WebEx, Zoom, and other collaboration tools for enhanced client discussions.Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Interest in obtaining PMP or other Project Management Certifications.Ability to learn new operating models, technologies, and industry trends.Advanced / Fluent Spanish; language skills other than fluent English.
