Job Title: Combi Lift Driver

Job Description

As a Lift Driver, you will operate an industrial forklift known as a 'Combi Lift' to feed production lines with raw materials and remove finished products. You will work to ensure the smooth operation of your assigned production line area while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Operate a 'Combi Lift' forklift to manage materials in the production line.Perform duties and procedures effectively, safely, and efficiently as instructed.Complete reports and address inquiries as requested.Maintain cleanliness of the assigned production line area.Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as directed by the Supervisor.Use industrial equipment and machinery, as well as hand, pneumatic, and electric tools efficiently.Perform changeovers quickly, efficiently, and safely.Assist with scrap breakdown as directed.Comply with all company policies and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Essential Skills

Experience operating forklifts and industrial equipment.Two years of experience as a machine or production operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in the metric measurement system.High attention to detail.Ability to work extended hours, including up to 12 hours per day and weekends if necessary.Ability to perform various physical movements required for the job.Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.Basic proficiency in MS Excel.Reliability and dependability for reporting to assigned shifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).Prior forklift experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings. The 'Combi Lift' is enclosed, and the facility is non-climate-controlled, exposing you to extreme temperatures, noise, dust, and other typical manufacturing plant conditions. The role requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.77 - $22.77/hr.
