It's all here and it’s exactly what _going further_ is all about. **Position Summary** Supports the collection of receivables on accounts with no special requirements. **Major Tasks and Responsibilities** + Collects receivables on regional and smaller field accounts with no special requirements. + Coordinates timely payment of overdue accounts with the field and customers. + Reviews reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts accordingly. + Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection efforts in the database. + Complies with relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices. + Provides exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from customers efficiently. **Preferred Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED + 2+ years of collections or accounting experience. + Customer service or transportation experience. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and transportation application systems.
