Collections Analyst - Hybrid/Woburn, MA

We are currently working with a client in the real estate and infrastructure space that is seeking a Collections Analyst to join their team. This position will be hybrid onsite for a minimum of 2 days/week in Woburn.

Responsibilities:

Collect and reconcile accounts receivable balancesMaking billing adjustmentsAudit purchase ordersExecute past due noticesInvoice aging reportingSupport high volume collections calls

Qualifications:

1+ years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, Collections, or Cash Applications experienceDegree not requiredMust be comfortable with basic Excel functionsExperience with a large system, such as Oracle or SAP, is a plus
